Ive tried Extortion which always freezes when giving money and Godmode sticks when i disable it.
Fantasy Gamers Revolution is pretty cool but doesn't spawn cars :/

Extortion is the best public one atm, haven't tried riptide (cba) and welsh's lags my stuff hardcore lol. If extortion is freezing you, you must be doing to much at one time or have to many script menus open.

On another note, I have noticed that extortion's menu makes my frame rate drop quite a bit
