i fix it before but i dont remmber how i think i installed pkg file

Try Some Of THese It Might Work:

~Use arch's 4.70 spoofer for that fimware. If before you had a 4.66 spoofer installed on your jb ps3 and when switching to another firmware you didnt take the 4.66 spoofer, then on the rebug tool box go from rebug mode to normal mode then try signing in. When i was in that firmware i had the same problem and i went thru this process and i was able to sign in after Try it

~you need to change your idps aka console id, from the dex one back to the valid cex one.
if you have rebug 4.65.2 d rex then use the builtin webman mod setup to spoof the IDPS.
if you are on something other than rebug then use ps3itamanager to restore it..

~You have to use ps3ita manager and restore cid each time you turn your ps3 off and on
