Are you using a PS3 of the old generation, a.k.a. fat console? These are known for overheating issues out of the sudden. You should check your thermal paste.

oh i didnt realise im only new to this site i havent been on it much no its a slim but both the tempictures are never above 55

It needs reballing dude. Your solder under the sinks have either melted or just warn out.
