Yeah.
Just download and install a program called "FileZilla" this is the application that connects to your PS3 and you can see the contents of your PS3 here, move files around, move files into and out of your PS3, etc...
Then you need to install a program on your PS3 that allows your PS3 to go into FTP mode so you can connect to it, just Irisman 3.46
Now after those things are installed, open Irisman on the PS3, press start and activate FTP mode(its near the bottom of the list) then it will give you an IP on the option(usually 192.168.1.x)
Now open FileZilla on your PC, in the host box put the IP that is on the PS3 and put 80 as the port. Click connect and you will see in the right box the insides of your PS3, go into dev_hdd0>games and that is where you will move your games into. Just drag and drop the folder or ISO of the game into the "games" folder, it will take sometime.
After it's done then just restart Irisman or any other backup manager and you will see the game on the start up screen to boot the game
