No there is pretty much nothing you can do as far as soft mods are concerned.
Pexploit is an option for ofw users but is too late to get necessary info now to use it on your update.

You will need a bd emulator like cobra ode or a downgrade for 4.66 ofw for pexploit or 3.55 for cfw

First you need too have e3 flasher build in your ps3 that a hard job to install your self cause it need to welded ( Dont know the english words im dutch )

It would be wise to bring it to a shop where the do this and downgrade it for you..
