(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have a slim 160gb ps3 with semi brick that been collecting dust in my closet and im wondering if anyone does service . my ps3 turns on and then beeps a couple times . i tried switching to a firmware and it wont turn on any i think it was 4. something rebug i dont remember it was a while ago `. i can send out to someones house thru main so you can fix it ill pay shipping to and back . thanks

Well what type of brick a soft brick or a hardware based brick? Also i might be able to help if you explain what your problem is dude.

Have you tried taking your hdd out and then turning it on because it could be a corrupted hdd. If a message on the screen pops up asking you to put a hdd in the system then the problem is you hdd and not your nor/nand. If this is the case what you do is connect your hdd to your pc using an adaptor or docking station and format it (FAT32 remember) using a piece of software that will read the hdd.

so i took out the hdd and hooked uo to power and tv . nothing popped up and it did the same thing . turns on stays green , beeps a couple times then the green light fades to red

It could be that your paste has gone crusty try changing your thermal paste dude.

Brick .Need to be reflash nor/nand and re apply new termal paste. Always good to format your PS3 HDD with your pc.Enzo
