Use a MD5 checker before ever installing a CFW to your PS3. This: cf8c1319e33aa3d8232b8ce6dd47f459 is the MD5 hash for rebug 4.70.1. If the MD5 hash does not match it is corrupted and will not install or will install with errors and can possibly brick. Usually I use Rogero downgrader first and then install my CFW of choice on top of it.

well i tried at least 3 different CFW... just tried 4.75 ferrox, rsod downgrader and the rebug 4.70.... and i still get the error... somthing is up

USB could be corrupted. Try a different USB and reformat it. Follow what I said and you'll fix the issues. Either that or you reflashed a bad BIOS to your PS3. If you did then its gonna be a pain to get it to work correctly at all.

and this post makes no since... why are you linking a cfw when im not on a CFW

if your on OFW you cant install a CFW unless your on 3.55

no. i can go from 4.70 ofw to cfw 4.70 rebug 3 months ago... im not sure... but i can install any cfw... the md5 are the same... ill just reflash again but what program should i use to reflash any links? and any links to a downgrader for 4.75 ofw ?
