Could be your disc reader lense is dirty or no good

maybe its aborted because there is no space in your ps3

There is no space on your hdd lol it can't copy without enough space. So it gives you an error

i am on ps3ita 4.50 dex I got the same problem i just gave up and dident make backups, but i have the cex multiman on dex because the dex dident work for me. and I replaced my harddrive too because of a error and reinstall my cfw.
