You didn't take the appropriate steps to staying safe.

Were you using PSNPatch?
Were you going on home brews while signed in?

Those games that banned you either banned or suspended the console, not just the acc.

Yep, Shit happens, if you have created a new account and trying to go on a (game) online but your ban, but it's a new account, they have obviously ban your console id, you can either purchase a new CID for your console just for the games that you like, but was ban of that way you will be able to play online on that (game) again, or just stay ban.
