If I use PS3ita Manager to Change The Boot CID and install OFW will I still be banned or will the new one stick.

If you permanently change your CID you shouldn't be banned but why change back to OFW? You may aswell sell it and buy a fresh OFW.

its not possible to permanently change your CID. Even if you do set boot id and go to OFW, CCAPI wont run cause it's not on a CFW and wont set your id. Also you have to reinstall it every update you go to so the answer is no my friend.

I said with PS3ita manager not CCAPI
