This happens when your internet is being slow. If your ISP has problems, this will happen. Just unplug your router, wait 5 seconds, plug it back in, and try it then. It should fix the problem.

+1 Same thing happens to me when my internet is slow, if resetting your modem doesn't work it could be a problem with your internet provider.
