Is there something I have to do to get it to connect

BTW I am using a debug eboot for Black Ops 2

Try changing the network settings in 'ebug settings' usually fixes it.

Do I need to be in Debug Mode?

I've have my CFW for about half a year nearly but i never used TMAPI before
