you need to downgrade your ps3 to 3.55 then come back here and ask for help not just demand it

ymmm i have 3.55 in usb but how download ?
settings->system update->update the data carrier
And i have 3.55ofw and now i must update to 4.75cfw/ofw to play in online games ?

Update to the current firmware (4.75 OFW)

If you want to uninstall the jailbreak, just do a update with PSN. Or wait for an update. You will lose the jailbreak.
