I Mount the game Via WebMan/Mulitman/IrisMan.
Disable CFW With PSNPatch (You must login or register to view this content.).
Wipe History with PSNinja (You must login or register to view this content.).

Then Sign In to PSN! - And have fun! Happy

I haven't been banned in a year by following just those steps.
Hope this helps.
