You dont need to downgrade to 3.55, only if your going to a lower cfw.
All you have to do is like Kas said, disable spoof & make sure it says your on 4.55 after that, then install Rebug 4.70,1 rex.
Use right usb port to update & make sure you have no game in BD drive too.
