Just use FileZilla to copy games, it's a lot easier

Format hard drive is the only thing that works for me when that happens. I use to do trophies so I was constantly copying and deleting games and it happened to me a lot when deleting in multiman.

just go to recovery mode and restore file system then you can delete the game or you can delete multiman, install base of multiman then updates to last version then delete
