It's because you're on REX. The IP will only show for DEX users.

this is because that feature is only working on ita.. team rebug removed it after 4.21 because many cex users didnt like it..however theres ways to get it on rebug as i have the sprx on my 4.70 rebug drex as seen in my sig.

Yeah, I recommend installing 4.50ITA it's way better than Rebug.
