imho ps3ita 4.50 is better than the recent 4.65 so better use that

You could try deleting all your messages that slows down the ps3. Otherwise It could be to do with black ops 2 itself try deleting the game data utility. If it doesn't make a difference quote me and I'll try help you further.

also when i try to update to another fw it gives error 80029c55 it might because the MD5 file?

ok look i was on 4.65 rebuf dex for about 3 weeks it worked fine then i switched to 4.65 ita straight from rebug. then all this mess started happening
