They don't ban PSID's and I don't believe that's possible for a game. It's you're CID, I recommend you buy a private and not use publics. They tend to get banned in an hour or already are banned for some games before posted.

Rockstar is banning accounts too, and not just the ID.

Gta Cid? Cid's banned on certain games?
I believe sony ban console id's not creators of the games,they don't ban your cid on certain games either.

Yes, you can get console banned from games and not PSN, but only Sony can ban you from PSN.
