NextGenUpdate

You would require something called an E3 Flasher to downgrade a PS3 Slim. Once you downgrade, you can download any 3.55 CFW. From there, you can upgrade to any 4.x CFW of your choice.

It's not that easy, you have to buy an E3 flasher so you can downgrade your console.
