To do that you have to be on firmware 3.55 if you're on anything higher you would need to buy a piece of hardware called a E3 flasher.

If you have no experince with PS3 Customizing or anything, I would suggest buying a jailbroken one.

I assume you have an OFW 4.75 so I would also give the advice ResistTheEarth did. and if you end up doing this, firmware, app, online and modding information can be found in the PS3 Cheats and Customization section prior to this one
