I Dont Know Actually I Was Trying To Download Something And Just Saw That The Package Files Folder Wasnt there so im not able to download anything anymore

It sounds as though you have updated to the latest firmware and lost your jailbreak!

You will need a E3 flasher to downgrade, sorry.
