(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys I'm recently got myself a ps3 with 3.55 OFW which I was finally able to jailbreak it yesterday! But now I'm having problems with installing a CFW, every time after it finishes downloading the pup file my computer says it isn't readable and to try a password or something. Can anybody help ? Also any recommendations?
Keep in mind I'm new to all this Them feels

You will need to dowload winrar, once you have downloaded and installed it all the files will automatically open in winrar.

From there you right click on the folder and click "extract" once it is extracted go to the extracted folder and your PS3UPDAT.PUP file will be in there Smile

There is a small tutorial+download link here- You must login or register to view this content.

Basically download the qa toggle .pkg file
Put it on your usb (not in a folder)
On your ps3 go to "install pkg file" and hit install the qatoggle.pkg
You will now see a qa toggle icon
When you are ready to install your new cfw click the qa toggle icon
You will hear it beep once then return to the menu (make sure it beeps)
Now you can install your new cfw!
