And when i hovered over my name to see my trophies all it said was -. So then i thought it was just a bug so i went onto black ops 2 being signed in but then my PS3 froze so i tried rebooting it and it happend again. Then i tried gta but as soon as i pressed open it went black for 1 minute then cloosed without saying any error code. Then i decided to try black ops 2 again say i cleaned the disk and it did the same thing. SO i rebooted my console again but this time i didnt sign in and then opened black ops 2 and everything was fine so then i tried signing in then my game froze again.

Try restoring to defaults. Unfortunately, it will erase all data. But it is a small price to pay to be able to mod again. Reply back if it is not working.

will it delete my cfw?

No, it will not. You will still be on CFW. The only way to get rid of a CFW is to update to the latest OFW. No other way in the settings.
