Try to Power Cycle the router. Unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in after. See if that fixes the problem. Usually, the problem is that NP Environment was set to SP-INT and you said you have NP already so I would power cycle.

I just reset my connection through my laptop and it worked thanks for the tips tho
