Have you tried using CCAPI? Can you use that while I try to find a solution for this? It won't take anything but around 15-20 minutes.

I think I found it. Do you have teamviewer? Hmu on Skype so I can help you out with this.

Everything what Kilam said is right except it has to be Single settings not Dual Settings. If your really on DEX that I don't why you have a problem connecting. It could be you didn't properly setup your computer for Tmapi. Follow these Steps:

1. Click start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > View Network Status and Tasks > Change Adapter Settings on the right.
What you should have there is something similar to this:

You must login or register to view this content.

2. Right click on your home network (My home network is the one labeled Wireless Network connection) and go to properties. Then click on the sharing tab and check the first box saying : "Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection." Then for home network connection, it should be set to Local area connection.

3. Delete your ps3 target from target manager and re add it again and move it to debugging station.

4.Try connecting again, and hopefully you should be good.

Things to keep in mind

- Make sure in debug settings (before attempting this) you have everything set to the way I put:

Release check mode - Development mode
Boot mode - System software mode
Network settings for debug - Single settings
Pad Auto detect - On

-The first picture on the top where I show my home network connection and local are connection, the local area connection could possibly be named something else. So Just rename it to "Local Area Connection" (Without quotes)

Keep in mind you don't have to connect your ps3 to your pc as long as they're both plugged into your router it will work. Just wanted to tell you that :p. Did you recently change any settings or has it never worked?
