You can't just use a PS3UPDAT.PUP to jailbreak from 4.75. You need an E3 Flasher to downgrade to 3.55 then you can jailbreak.

You can't jailbreak a console on any firmware but 3.55. The only way to go back to that is downgrade your console with an e3 flasher which is a piece of hardware. Also not every model is downgradable.

Just do some research buddy, whatever. Your console has to be on 3.55 which means you have to get an E3 flasher to downgrade your console.
