I have a PS3 fat on 4.75 OFW and I want to use an e3 flasher to downgrade it. I just don't understand what to do after that backups and what programs I have to use on my PC. And after the downgrade I have no clue on what to do. Any help is apreciated.

No I haven't. I don't have a flasher yet but I just want to know exactly what I have to do before I get one

From there, you can just install 3.55 Kmeaw's CFW. Then QA Flag, then you can install any CFW over that

For the Rogero downgrader do I install it through recovery mode or do I do it another way. And when I install rebug do I install it from the xmb or from recovery mode? And last question does the dump checker work with 4.75?

You don't need to use the Rogero Downgrader. You already at 3.55. You don't need it. I would install Rebug from the recovery menu just to make sure there is no brick. And I am pretty sure the dump checker works for 4.75.

You don't need rogero downgrader when you're on 3.55 OFW/CFW, just install Rogero 3.55 v3.7 or Kmeaw 3.55 and remember to QA Flag when you're on 3.55 CFW as Kilam said earlier because that will help you downgrade your console with less problems and without having to use the E3 Flasher again if you decide to go back to a lower CFW. After you QA Flag, you should install a CEX CFW like Habib, FERROX, or Rebug Firmware ( I recommend Rebug) and then spoof to the latest CFW version to play online. If you're going to mod games online, I recommend converting your PS3 to DEX, there are many tutorials on YouTube that show you how to convert to from CEX to DEX or from DEX to CEX. If you convert to DEX you cannot install CEX firmware, and if you're on CEX you can only install CEX firmware so always remember that.

Once you have flashed the ps3 just install the fw with a usb.
