(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey i need help. im new to modding and i have a cfw ps3 that i sent out to get it downgraded and jailbroken. ive had it for about a week its on 4.50 ITA DEX. it was converted from cex to dex. the dude sent it out good and ready to play online. well last night i was playing bo2 (not the game disc its downloaded) i connected with ccapi and modding the game. i got tired of playing so i disconnected the tool, then went to xmb and disconnected from ccapi and i turned off the system by going all the way to the right and clicking were it says "Turn off the system". after i forgot to tell one of my psn buddys something and i turn on my ps3 and bam. when i turned on the ps3 it was like if i just got it out the box and iy hasnt been turned on before. it was asking me fot the time and what language and all that stuff. after that it said the users has been corrupted so i clicked X and it checked an restored to users but it signed me out of the users i had. so when i tried to create a current user account, all it said is "Server connection Timed Out" So i went over to test m connection and all it shows is "Obtaining IP Adress: Succeeded" and "Internet Connection: Succeeded" it doesnt show all the other things like Playstation network passed or the other stuff just those two. so one of my friends told me to just re install 4.50 ITA and i did. It fixed the problem of the sign in thing but it still doesnt show all the other stuff in "Test Internet Connection". But now i got more problems. My games i downloaded they dont start up, when i try to run a game it says "Game Quit: No requested event. So now none of my games run. Before i had a folder called "My Games" it was webman i think. Now it everytime when i start my ps3 it doesnt say "Webman Loaded". Can some one please help me. and if i format my jailbreak ps3 do i lose DEX and return to CEX ?

i already changed the np enviroment to np it was sp before it still doesnt work.

maybe thats the problem ? why my games dont start up ? i tried booting them up with ITA manager and stuff

and how do i enable cobra ? and my Disk drive is broken.. thats the reason why im running downloaded games

if i format my ps3 will it be on 3.55 cfw or will i have to install that ?

It will only delete your save data and stuff and not your firmware.
