1 - You have to buy/get a new Console ID if you are banned. You can easily change your CID with CONTROLCONSOLEAPI 2.60 REV5, IRISMAN, PSN Patch, webMAN etc.
Just remember Console ID's are not allowed on NGU.

3 - It's actually just a question of time until you get banned. You can use PSN Patch to disable your CFW (Open PSN Patch and press triangle) and you can use PSNinja to delete your history.

4 - Yes of course, you can just download the torrent and put them on your console. Keep in your mind those things are not allowed on NGU since it's classed as warez.

5 - I personally also prefer DEX, it's way more stable and you have more options/opportunities.

Just download them, put the .pkg file on your usb and install them through Package Manager/Install Package Files. Make sure you format your USB to FAT32 if you didn't already.
