Whats a good firmware (CEX) to start off with?
Any good PKG's?
And I dont plan on playing online often but If needed to, any recommendations?
And last of all I need a good explanation on how to spoof etc.

Definitely agree with Vince, Rebug is more noob friendly than most. Once you want to get a bit more advanced, ITA is the way to go.
