I'm 100% sure it's cause of my level 1,000 GTA character. I left it like that. I was messing with a mod menu and I clicked level 1000, but nothing happened. Next time I went on, it was 1000.

Anyway, I didn't care, cause gaming and modding isn't super important to me. But I knew I could get suspended so yeah I'm a dumb***

But yeah, do I get a new CID, then update to a new CFW, or...??

I'm still a noob I would say. I just wanted to mod GTA.

My PS3 is not bricked. I've haven't signed in since the OFW update(obviously).

I just DONT want my PS3 to get bricked.

If you are console banned you will need a new console id, you can either purchase them or just ask your friends for one. You can either set it with control console API or a PKG file on your PS3. Please quote me if you have any further questions.

Yes, that means that you're Console Banned. You need to purchase a new Console ID in order to get back online.

Ok thanks, and what CFW should I use? I looked up Rebug but I don't think one for the current FW is out yet. And I don't really wanna spoof, I heard it's easier to get banned that way.

I recommend going to 4.50 ITA i personally think it is the best CFW. You will then need to spoof to the latest which is 4.75 you ill find that on NextGenUpdate.

I'm on Rebug D-REX 4.46 All you'd need is senenabler to spoof to 4.70, as the 4.75 didn't affect DEX consoles, in manner of signing in, at least. But this is the reason I've never modded GTA V, lol. Some users say to spoof your CID before going onto GTA Online.
