How the issue occurred: I have no idea!
I have tried to fix my issue with: Reinstalling Multiman but that did not work.

What CFW are you on and when does this error occur?

Rebug 4.70.1 It was working fine till I placed GTA V On the external. Now my GTA Disc is fucked cause of the Eboot....

You need to downgrade to 3.55 using a downgrader pup, and install BDEMU.pkg and update back to your desired cfw

Works again didnt have to do that i's a problem with the External HDD I was using. It's disconnecting on and off.

Using an Option. Fixed now.
