(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey so I want to get a ps3 jailbroken and my current ps3 is a super slim and i know i can't jailbreak a super slim so i need to buy another ps3 that can. I don't feel like going through the whole downgrading process because:

1. I don't what I'm doing and

2. I don't want to pay for someone to do it for me.

So that leaves just the 2 options of me buying a ps3 that 3.55 and ready to be jailbroken, or a ps3 that is already jailbroken. And im not sure which i should go for.

Is actually jailbreaking it an easy process? (I'm completely new to this)

If you're new I'd say buy an already jailbroken ps3. Then when you're more experienced you can start experimenting with different firmwares etc.

Buy a ps3 that is on 3.55! 99% of them have been downgraded so while they have been opened to downgrade they usually get a clean and new thermal paste!
Myself or another member can walk you through jailbreaking your console it only takes a couple of minutes.

I wouldn't buy an already jailbroken ps3 because it is a flashed ps3 that someone has bought and already had there hours and hours of fun with.
