I know I need to download the update file and make a folder named "PS3" and a folder named "UPDATE" inside of it, and then I place the file inside of that and then put it on my FAT32 flash drive, then disconnect my ps3 from internet and update from storage media. I need somebody to give me a legit link to the Rogero 4.55 CEX download and if somebody would please explain how to do this perfectly without bricking it. Well, you have everything down to the detail man. As for rogero, I actually recommend you make the switch over to DEX and use Rebug or ITA. These firmwares will give you the best modding experience. Nonetheless...

So for rebug (rex) I would do the same thing? Just update straight from my 3.55 ofw? Then I'm done?

If you're on the 3.55OFW I'm pretty sure you can go straight to rex and then from there you can go to 4.50ITA or stay on Rebug ( I prefer ITA ) Here's some helpful links, let me know how you find things going.

Easy, useYou must login or register to view this content.. This is used for CEX or DEX but it allows you to modify games and manage your console while using a wireless network.

Control Console is supported on most RTM Tools so that you can modify games safely and more importantly have fun since you're only modding for that reason.
