i changed my cid and psid using CCAPI 2.60,CFW manager,ps3ita...but still banned (just didnt tried psnpatch)
i created new user aswell,but when trying to create new account on psn its says that im banned and cant acess PSN...

Can some1 help out? plz

is it the mac address? i read that sony usually doesnt mac ban

I would say you are MAC address banned. There are plenty of tuts on youtube on how to change them. There are step to step guides here on ngu as well if that will be better for you.

lets say im mac banned,b4 change it need to ask something lol

if i change my mac adress,and for example use a banned CID and try to connect to PSN,do they ban my "new" mac because of that or no?

You will need a valid cid to sign in. You cant set a banned cid to sign in.

can i change mac with sen enabler or i need to downgrate to 3.55?

You can do other ways instead of going to 3.55. But you cant just change it with SEN Enabler.

Its the cfw Mac that's banned

guys i used sen enabler to change my mac,cid and psid....
i checked the system information and the mac address changed.

but still banned...

when i go to sen enabler and press L2

there's "console ID"- changed to the new one
"LV1" IDPS- changed aswell
(EID)- still the old CID

so im not sure but maybe i need to change the EID to the new CID,cuz maybe sony can see it and thats why im still banned

for that i need extract the EID ROOT KEY right?

The PS3 Mac, each device on your network as unique mac address which can be changed. I doubt it's mac ban, Sony hardly do those.
