Im on Rogero 4.50 cex and i was also banned recently and i bought a new console id and it works but its a USA console id. Im from the UK so could that cause complication? any help is much appreciated...

You gotta update to a newer CFW or something. The reason why you can't access it is because the store thinks you're on a lower firmware to be online.
