My friend have a problem with his PS3. He would really like to be on rebug 4.70 (like me) but he can't really get over there, because he is on 4.55 rogero CFW. How can he be able to go over to rebug 4.70? He is on CEX and he does not have QA flag.

He needs to get qa flag pkg and enable it, then download rebug 4.70 d-rex firmware and then upgrade

Well is he trying to get to D-Rex or Rex? If it's Rex, he just needs to update to 4.70 Rex firmware.

Just install Rebug 4.70.1 Rex straight from rogero 4.55.

Just make sure to disable any spoofers & that there's no game in BD drive before you start.

I meant Rex which if he did try to do d-rex it would just give an error. Not brick
