Post: Urgent help needed with gta rtm

I WANTED TO ASK 2 QUESTIONS AND HOPE THAT ILL PROBABLY GET MY ANSWERS
LATELY I HAVE ENCOUNTERING SOME ISSUES WITH MY WI-FI and im not able to connect through it .So im using my iPhone as a hotspot for my ps3 and my pc !
But I am not able to connect to CCAPI !
And eventually not able to use any RTM for GTA!
Is there some way I can use CCAPI with this setup ?
Also recently I got a MacBook and was wondering if I can run CCAPI AND GTA RTM on it without BootCamp or virtualization ?
p.s I don't know wether its the wrong section but I request the admins not to close this thread cuz I really need help regarding this .

Your internet connection isn't strong enough most likely. You need a good connection. Using your iphone for pc and ps3 is the issue.
