Are you on a cobra firmware running webman? If so certain controls you push will trigger webman functions and it'll pop up on the top right.

Ya cobra and webman is enabled but I don't think I hit anything lol I used always get it before then it stope then I got it last night it just don't sound right when you see it blocking servers sounds scary lol
