NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When i go to install a file, it shows up 2 times, just really odd and i dont know why, anyone heard of this happenning and know how to stop it

It's because it's on your usb and on the ps3 probably, it happens to me too.

yeah, but i deleted the game dta and installed it again, still came up twice

Are you using multiman and going to install package files and selecting them?
