Not if you use PSNinja after you use PSNPatch. It's still safer then ccapi but if you hold X on PSNPatch when it displays the screen and exits then it does everything PSNinja does except leave an unregistered game on your recent list, also PSNinja doesn't clear your boot log. Making it useless to use PSNinja right after you use PSNPatch.
