Yes if u have ps3 already on 3.55 ofw or lower, if u higher than u need to with flasher...
Edit: if u still have install package Files than u still on cfw

Like the user above said, you still have your custom firmware if you have Install Package Files on your XMB. Just install any firmware you want and you are good to go.
