You can use CCAPI2.60, webMAN, IRIS MAN, PSN Patch etc.
I would recommend CCAPI2.60 or webMAN.

You will find Control Console on the frenchmoddingteam website. It is pretty simple man all you do is enter your ip address and then connect to the ps3.
