Recently was using DEX on my PS3 on Rebug 4.70 Spoofed, Was using DEX with RTM/RPC Tools because TMAPI works faster and a lot better than CCAPI, However I noticed I got banned quicker on DEX than CEX not sure if it's 100% true or not but It seems like DEX gets you banned a lot faster.

Could anyone let me know if CEX is safer/better to use or is DEX not sure at the moment but I prefer RTM modding but works alot slower via CCAPI but TMAPI is a lot faster but only works on DEX.

If anyone could let me know or give some advice/help I'd appreciate it!

I think it's a matter of precautions and steps you take before signing in.

Ah right, I make sure I clear my history before signing into PSN and Enable Spoofing

I suggest to use DEX is a bomb.

You can use PS Ninja and press 1-2-3-5 and disable your cfw (Syscalls) and after load up gta as story mode and sign in

Thanks, so using PS Ninja before signing in every time I boot my console or just the once. So I'm fine using DEX I thought that DEX was easy to be banned but I guess it was the precautions I took before signing in.

Definitely disable your CFW before using PSNinja. PSNPatch is a HomeBrew Application which can be triggered on Sony's side as you being on CFW.
You use PSNinja to clear the history of HomeBrew Applications.
For clarification.
1. Mount the game.
2. Disable CFW.
3. Clear History.
Now there is no proof that you're on CFW.

Use PSNpatch you wont ever get banned, ive only got banned once and it was the one time i didnt use PSNpatch

With ban there is like no difference, from the word of mouth i have heard that DEX runs a lot smoother. Like the above users said it is what you do before signing in.

DEX is way more stable than CEX, i never had any issues with DEX. So i would definitely go with DEX.
