Well you just hit triangle on your game and hit copy and choose to install it internally by hitting dev_hdd0 or externally by hitting dev_usb1 or 0 (cant remember) And to use multimans file manager you go to MMOS and boom voila

For The Backup I hit triangle on your game and hit copy and choose to install it internally by hitting dev_hdd0 or externally by hitting dev_usb1 or 0

And use multimans file manager AND Go To MMOS For "HOW TO USE FILE MANAGER IN MULTIMAN"

Its easy O is copy/paste left stick to move mouse cursor right to move window around and double tap x to select option... Pretty simple
