All my setting are correct, and i have tried changing network debug mode from single to double, which didnt do anything.
System reset on Target Manager is on system software mode. Not really sure what else to do. Thanks for anyhelp

Thing i cant get is that it worked fine until i booted to debug mode, Which threw me off since i didnt realize i did it and i restored to factory settings. After that it stopped working

Have you tried re installing your firmware or restoring default settings?

You shouldn't of gone in to debug mode in the first place dude. But yeah your installing correct did you make sure you dont have a disk in the disk drive as you could end up on OFW.

ITA is the one i was going to put on, but when running the cfw setup it said my cfw is unsupported. Is it because the CFW on my ps is so low?
