Reinstall your firmware dude throuh recovery menu. MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE A DISK IN THE DRIVE WHEN DOING SO

Yes.
Download ITA 4.50 pup. and rename it to PS3UPDAT.pup and make the following folders on your USB
PS3 > UPDATE > and place the PS3UPDAT.pup file
Hold down ps3 power button unitl it beepsand turns off, Then upon powerup hold it down again and you should get in to recovery menu after it beeps again
Now plug your usb in to the furthest right port and update system software and click via storage media device. Then follow all on screen insrtuctions
