What do you mean get your old CID off of your old PS3? Do you have the FAT PS3 with you?

I'm not sure if you can do it without an E3 flasher, but i know it's possible with an E3 flasher. So if you have an E3 flasher just hit me up and I'll help you out with it.

On version 4.66 or lower you can use the proxy using command prompt. There are plenty of tutorials on youtube what i am sure will help you also easy so you can be guided through the steps.

And another thing is if I use the cmd way how do I do the " what's new " part when I have to press X after the boxes pop up it won't pop up if I don't have psn access

You will need to use an e3 flasher to get your lv2 dump an use aldos cid checker to get your CID from it.
