Right when i click use existing user and enter the info it say " This account has been banned or temporarily suspended from playing on this system " ... I delete it and go back to my main and everything is still working and I can access online no problem at all ? How do i fix this issue ? Is it my cid, mac or what ? All was working fine up until last night ?

Anyone have any solutions? I have tried a new cid but still get the same message about system banned or temp suspended. I can access online with my main user though on both cids with no problem. I have tried doing the temp mac change and verified it changed, but still get message on all new accounts?
